Consulting & Outsourcing

Decide with information before you spend. Technical diagnosis, architecture, and teams that join yours and own what they deliver.

  • Audit and roadmap
  • CTO-as-a-service
  • Team augmentation
  • Outsourcing and white-label

Not every team needs every skill in-house. We come in with a clear diagnosis and the right people, next to your team or behind your agency, with technology, AI, design and marketing in the same conversation.

What it covers

The services in this area.

This area has one service, with two ways in. Consulting and team augmentation is for deciding well and reinforcing the team from inside: diagnosis, architecture, squads and a part-time CTO. Outsourcing and white-label is for subcontracting a skill, a function or a whole project, with our mix of technology, AI, design and marketing.

It is the area that cuts across the other three: what a diagnosis finds usually ends up in development, in AI or in brand and marketing, and it can be the same team handling all of it.

How we think

The ideas that guide the work.

  • 01

    Understand first, then decide

Before spending on technology, it helps to know where you stand. We review code, architecture, processes and goals, and only then recommend a stack, suppliers or hires. It starts with diagnosis and architecture.

  • 02

    One team, several skills

Technology, AI, design and marketing in the same team: you talk to one conversation, not five suppliers. What comes out of the diagnosis moves to development, AI or marketing without getting lost on the way.

  • 03

Inside your team, not next to it

The squad works with your rituals and tools (planning, code review, retrospectives) and owns what it delivers. The goal is for you to stop needing us, so knowledge transfer is part of the work.

  • 04

Behind the scenes, if you prefer

In white-label, managed functions or closed-scope projects, you keep the relationship with your client and we make sure the work is done well, with one point of contact and regular reports. That is outsourcing.

It makes sense if you want…

  1. 01

a second technical opinion before a decision that is costly to reverse.

  2. 02

to reinforce the team with people who integrate fast and own what they deliver.

  3. 03

to extend your agency with skills you do not have, without hiring.

  4. 04

to understand where AI helps your business, and where to start.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

  • When you need a decision or a skill for a limited time, or you do not yet know which profile is missing. Hiring makes sense when the function is permanent. A first diagnosis helps you see which case it is.

  • Because a squad or an outsourcing engagement uses the same mix of skills: development, AI, design and marketing. Whoever diagnoses and whoever delivers speak the same language, and what is decided in consulting reaches delivery without translation.

  • Both. Companies usually come to reinforce the team, for a second opinion or for a technical picture before a migration or an acquisition. Agencies come for skills they do not have, delivered white-label, with their brand in front.

  • You can. The diagnosis has its own scope and deliverable: a clear picture of the starting point, with risks and opportunities in priority order. Then you decide what to do, with us or without us.

  • We agree on what to follow from the start: delivery speed, quality, scope adherence, communication and the team’s autonomy. We show the numbers as they are. We do not promise results: they depend on many factors on both sides.
